Blog

I love chewing gum. I have a reason for that. Found out firsthand that chewing gum has incredible potential. Little is known about the incredible benefits and health benefits of chewing gum. This is the main reason I started this blog. I want to share it with you. Once you find out for yourself that this is true, your life will be better and that will give me immense fulfillment.

A chewing gum blog

I created this blog to show people that chewing gum is a wrongly forgotten incredible tool that can make us feel better. On this blog you will get information about everything related to chewing gum. It is extremely important to point out that not all chewing gum has the potential that I am pointing out here. I always write or talk here about healthy chewing gum that does not contain controversial ingredients. Only then can you use their full potential. But we’ll get to that!

Chewing gum blog content

I will simplify the information and prioritize the interesting ones. History of chewing gum – its origin, development from the original indications of chewing gum to its present form, new trends, commonly available chewing gum with controversial ingredients, healthy chewing gum made of plastic without chemicals, 100% natural chewing gum (without plastic), production, manufacturers, types, flavors , fragrances, recommendations, mentions of chewing gum in movies and series and much more information. I hope that I will convince at least one of you about the indisputable advantages of chewing gum and the appropriate choice. If I succeed in one, I will be glad if you write me about it. Would you help me with my motivation. You are the reason I do this!

I’m glad you’re here with us.

Why did I create a chewing gum blog?

In our time, we think of chewing gum as dinosaurs. Almost extinct, unnecessary food. Is that really the case? What caused the lack of interest in chewing gum? Why do we buy them as pastries? Why do we buy anything without checking the ingredients?

They are on every corner and we take them for granted. No one really knows what their incredible strengths are. If you choose well chewing gum without controversial ingredients – i.e. healthy chewing gum – they can bring you all their potential. Chewing gum has incredible health benefits. They help fight against caries, take care of your teeth, oral cavity, dental hygiene, improve intestinal microflora, reduce the incidence of respiratory diseases, increase regeneration in the oral cavity (canker sores, sore throat, dry throat, sore throat, runny nose, back runny nose, otitis media), increase concentration, focus, improve your breath, regularly improve your psyche, are an excellent helper against stress – they even help with depression. And many more that you can find in the blog posts.

Other reasons

The original chewing gum recipes were chemical-free. Manufacturers began mixing synthetic ingredients into chewing gum during World War II, when a problem arose with logistics, with the complex importation of various ingredients, and with the growing demand for chewing gum. With this intervention, the manufacturers fundamentally changed their properties and their ingredients. Although the chewing gum became “perfect” at first glance, because their taste lasted for a very long time (and until now most chewing gum lasts a long time), their shelf life has been extended, but there is a small catch. At that time and even now, no one thought much for the customers, whether their composition was healthy?! It isn’t. I want to draw your attention to this. You should first read on the package what the chewing gum contains and only then decide whether you will continue to buy the cheap chewing gum or if you will look for other alternatives.
